• 237,000 square feet of high-end retail
• 120 room hotel (80,000 sq. ft.)
• 87 condominium units (210,800 sq. ft.)
• 100 car park and ride facility in cooperation with DelDot
• Village green
• Walking paths/trails
• Community areas
